Once an order is placed, you cannot change your mind and request a refund. We will absolutely NOT allow this.

If you have an issue with an order (meaning item does not fit, item is damaged, etc) and would like to return it, you have 5 business days to do so. If your order isn’t shipped out by the 5th day, we will no longer accept the return. If an item comes in damaged you have 24 hours to notify us. If you do not notify within 24 hours we will not be able to replace. ALL ORIGINAL TAGS MUST BE ATTATCHED TO ITEMS. SHOES MUST BE UNWORN AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

ALL MARKED DOWN ITEMS, JEWELRY, HAIR & BEAUTY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Orders will not be credited for shop credit until the returned item has reached us.

ANY ITEMS BOUGHT UNDER SALE TABS ON OUR SITE, AND RTS THREADS FROM OUR VIP GROUP ARE FINAL SALE!
